New Members Only

Regular membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association is open to all lawyers who are in good standing and licensed by the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Attorneys in private practice who have their primary business address in a unit county must join the PBA through the unit county. Associate membership is open to attorneys in good standing licensed in other states but not licensed in Pennsylvania.

Attorneys who passed the July 2007 and February 2008 bar exams will be receiving a special 2008 free membership application directly from the Pennsylvania Bar Association and should not complete the following application. New admittees will also receive free section membership in one section of their choice.
