PBA members who contact Ellen Freedman for assistance, whether by telephone or e-mail, are required to provide this basic information about themselves and their firms. Member information is used to verify membership and to facilitate response in the most efficient manner (i.e., by phone, fax or e-mail). Law firm information, including firm size and county location, assists in providing a more relevant response and helps determine what resources and educational events should be developed to better anticipate and meet member needs. All information is kept confidential and is used only in responding to the member or in analyzing law practice management needs based on firm size, county or broad topic area. Because this information is not retained after a response, you will be asked to provide it each time you contact Ellen.
